Terms of Service

DJ Devan G ("we", "us", "our") provides professional DJ services and equipment rentals across New Jersey, including but not limited to club nights, college events, private parties, brand activations, weddings, corporate events, and sound/lighting equipment rental. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and a mutually agreed-upon scope of work.

We provide quotes based on your event details. Final pricing may vary if the actual scope of work differs from what was initially described (e.g., extended hours, additional equipment). Any changes in scope or pricing will be communicated and agreed upon before work continues.

Once an event is confirmed, we reserve the date exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Remaining balance is due on or before the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept common payment methods. Any outstanding balances may be subject to late fees as permitted by New Jersey law.

Rented equipment must be used in accordance with provided instructions. The client is responsible for any damage to rented equipment beyond normal wear and tear. Equipment must be accessible for pickup at the agreed-upon time after the event.

We carry liability insurance for our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for venue-related issues, power outages, or conditions outside our control. The client is responsible for ensuring the venue meets basic power and space requirements for the agreed-upon setup.

We may photograph or record video at events for promotional purposes (social media, website, portfolio). If you do not wish your event to be featured, please notify us in writing prior to the event date.
